As there is a USD5M limit under SEC REG-CF equity crowdfunding campaigns, we will not be able to equal or better the amazingly successful, Australian "Flow-Hive" campaign of May 2015 which raised USD12M in 30 days,
Maybe not but I think we would all be pumped if we could reach this USD5M limit within 30 days. Of course, it all comes down to planning and execution and that work is now in progress.
The US campaign launches when our NZ affiliate, NZ Natural Capital Partners Ltd closes its NZD5M (Parcel-2) allocation under our NZD10.6M Series A round in NZ.
The US crowdfunding campaign's launch preparation will commence once the NZ based "Tea Tree Taonga" (treasure) producing investor/partner has come into NZ incorporated "NZ Natural Capital Partners Ltd, the ultimate holding company of all tea tree operations in NZ from "Seed-to-Ship".
The first "Tribal" campaign is the current NZD1M Series A Round by NZ Natural Capital Partners Ltd priced at NZD1 per each Common Voting Shares (CVS) with the proceeds to be invested in US incorporated "Tribal Health Corp" a US DOM-C Corp. Capital that that puts 20,000 SKU's into stock. 5,000 for NZ launch, 15,000 shipped to FL to support the US campaign.
The US campaign has been provisionally structured around the issue of 2.5M CVS in "TRC" priced at USD2 per share via a REG CF campaign built around the sale of 5,000 "Medicine Hut" investment parcels of 500 CVS per parcel priced at USD2 per each CVS at an entry cost of USD1,000..... PLUS....one FREE "Medicine Hut" with our "Tribal" launch products, i.e. NZ Manuka (tea tree) "For HER" and Kanuka (tea tree) For "HIM"
It is reported that Starbucks has just launched plant oil infused coffee into its Italian outlets, followed by a progressive rollout in the US starting in summer '23. The Oil they plan on "infusing" is "OLIVE" oil. Nothing very exciting about that. On the other hand, "Tribal" plans to launch it's US crowdfunding campaign supported by launch products which are planned to include "POI" coffee "for Her" and "For Him" - this making for a far more "stimulating korero" ('chat') between "him" and "her over gender specific coffee.
Some scholars say that the use of olive oil as an ingestible dates back circa 4,000 years to the very early Egyptian civilizations. Today, widely adulterated and available for as little as USD3 per litre, it is not promoted as an ingestible "therapeutic" product because, unlike NZ tea tree, neither the leaf nor oil possess recognized malicious pathogen inhibiting chemotypes in the plants chemical structure.
Used by the founding natives of New Zealand (Aotearoa), since the 10th century, (the same century that coffee was discoverd in modern day Yemen), early colonials cooked the leaves, extracting the oil to help scurvy. This demonstrating that NZ tea tree oils are ingestible therapeutics. At circa USD2,500 per kg, its infusion into beverages such as coffee, follows a history of ingestion to inhibit malicious pathogen infestation.
